Upper ROOM MINISTRIES STL IS A 501 (C) (3) NON-DENOMINATIONAL OUTREACH CHRISTIAN MINISTRY FOUNDED BY EVERETT JAMES. THE INTEREST IS MINISTERING TO THE HOMELESS AND DOWNTRODDEN BY SHARING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND PROVIDING HOT MEALS, CLOTHING, and other needs.

We believe that lives are changed when an individual, through repentance, accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. We believe the Bible is God's inspired word, and its pages contain the only trustworthy source of salvation.

The vision of this ministry is to establish several shelters to provide housing, which will be a safe and stable environment for victims of domestic violence and unwed mothers and their children. We intend to help them improve socially, morally, and spiritually.
